End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the KaChat application and related services.

By installing or using KaChat, you agree to these terms.

Cyber Ventures LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KaChat for lawful personal or business use.

You are solely responsible for your actions in the app, including wallet management, key/seed storage, message handling, and transaction decisions.

KaChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Cyber Ventures LLC does not accept responsibility for:

• User actions performed through or around the app.
• Any harm, damages, or losses resulting from use of the app.
• Financial loss of any type, including trading, transfers, failed transactions, or value fluctuation.
• Data loss, data exposure, corrupted storage, or inability to recover access due to lost credentials or device issues.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cyber Ventures LLC disclaims all warranties and liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Cyber Ventures LLC does not collect personal user data from KaChat users as part of normal app usage.

KaChat includes a welcome community gift feature.

Because of blockchain network design, one address is used for donations and payouts related to this feature. As a result, external observers may use blockchain explorers to see which addresses received donations or payouts.

If you do not want this information to be publicly visible, do not claim the gift feature in the app.

Cyber Ventures LLC may update this EULA. Continued use of KaChat after updates means you accept the revised terms.
